OnAutomation has moved house!

New production facilities, new drive for our growth

We moved to our new premises at Molina di Malo, in the province of Vicenza, four months ago. Four months in which we have experienced a new, more efficient way of working as a closely-knit team.

At last our sales department and production facilities work side by side, sharing challenges, objectives and results in positive synergy.

In addition, our new facilities provide the opportunity to organise production more effectively. 1000 square metres dedicated to production and logistics are arranged into six different processing and assembly lines. We have applied the lean production principle to the stores and production layout and are optimising them to achieve maximum efficiency in the next few months.

The project also includes 200 square metres dedicated to the sales department and common areas. We have paid special attention to areas for meetings and for taking a break, and have provided a canteen and kitchen, because we want to give our employees a relaxed atmosphere in which to work. Because we are in the company at least eight hours a day, it is important to spend that time in the best way possible. If we feel good and live well, we also work better. We have launched into this approach and will make every effort to develop it successfully every day.
