One of our most important objectives is to listen to our customers. All our products are designed to ensure performance and safety for those who use them every day, and facilitate easy installation and intuitive maintenance.

We have decided to take another step towards those who choose our products, by collecting all their doubts, uncertainties and possible setbacks when installing our gate and access opening systems. How? In the quickest way technology offers us: with tutorial videos.

Our tutorial videos for installing motors show film of every step as our technicians demonstrate all the assembly phases. The purpose of these videos is to anticipate fitters’ and maintenance engineers’ possible difficulties or doubts. All our tutorials are accessible for independent consultation on our YouTube channel or in the website Area Reserved for our customers. Any time and any place you can quickly check even the smallest step in the installation of our gate openers, as the videos are easy to follow and can be stopped and re-started at any point.

This is an innovative service that will start with some of our products, with the intention of extending it to include other useful contents, paving the way for a new type of communication with customers: simple, immediate and on demand. For us this initiative is a tool with which to implement one of our most important values: being in touch with customers.
